Privacy policy

This policy explains what VELLAVI (“we”, “us”) collects when you use vellavi.shop, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We collect the information needed to process your order, provide support and operate the store, and we do not sell your data.

1. What we collect

• Order data — name, email, shipping address and the items you bought. Order records are stored in our Supabase database.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. Card numbers do not pass through our application servers.
• Support messages — information you send through the contact form or by email.
• Technical data — limited site and cookie data described in the cookie policy.

2. What we use it for

• Processing, fulfilling and shipping orders.
• Providing order and tracking updates when selected.
• Handling returns, refunds and support requests.
• Maintaining store security and preventing fraud.
• Meeting tax, accounting and consumer-law obligations.

3. Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Shipping and fulfilment partners — the order and delivery details required to send purchased items.
• Our configured email provider — customer email and order-status information required for transactional messages.

4. Data retention

We retain order and transaction records for periods required by applicable tax, accounting and consumer laws. Other operational data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data, object to certain processing or withdraw optional consent. Email privacy@vellavi.shop and we will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.

6. Security

Traffic is protected with TLS, database access is controlled with row-level security, and payment credentials are handled by Stripe. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

The “last updated” date above reflects the current version of this policy.
