Terms & conditions

These terms apply to purchases from vellavi.shop. Placing an order means you accept them. Contact support@vellavi.shop if anything is unclear.

1. Products and pricing

• VELLAVI sells women’s clothing, shoes and accessories online.
• Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Any GST treatment is displayed at checkout where applicable.
• Product colours may vary slightly between screens. Sizing and care information appears on each product page where supplied.
• Active products are linked to specific supplier listings; availability can change before fulfilment.

2. Orders and payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is treated as paid only after Stripe confirms payment. We may cancel an order and refund payment for supplier stock errors, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud or an address we cannot service.

3. Shipping

Orders are shipped with tracking where available. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Products may dispatch separately through approved supply partners. You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address.

4. Returns

Eligible unworn items may be returned within 30 days, subject to the conditions and hygiene exclusions in our returns policy. Australian Consumer Law rights are not excluded.

5. Site use

Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape at abusive volume or place fraudulent orders through the site. We may restrict access where necessary to protect customers and the store.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Changes

The version of these terms in force when you order applies to that order. We may update future versions as the store changes.
